Going job hunting in the new year

Some employers might hit the ground running in the new year with new budgets and new goals, and have an immediate need or an immediate opening to get someone in that role. So while it might not feel it has the impact now, now is a great time to at least get on the decision-maker’s radar. Get your resume out there and just have it be known that you’re looking for a new opportunity.
